Cooking for One

Cooking for one has become one of my favourites! now I tend to call it super fast food for one because now is very important to me to cook fast and spend less time in the kitchen not because I don't like to cook its just because Im in pain most of the time so it became very important to me to still cook delicious gourmet meals super fast. So I thought how can I do this? and believe me I found the way! so I should be soon sharing my cooking secret with you. In the mean time I got myself a cooking devise which is new to me but it has given me a lot of different way to cook. All of this I should be sharing with you soon. Also my good neighbour got me a high stool where I can sit at my bench when cooking  and I tell you it has made a big difference to me in the kitchen! more coming coming soon. My friends have complained to me because I stopped blogging now Im back and have a lot to share with you.

Cooking For One

Easy Soup Place one Massel cube in 1/2 litre of boiling water in a small sauce pan on the stove then add some egg noodles or other small pasta. Add 1 smoked or dry chorizo [ sliced ]let it boil until pasta is cooked to your liking...turn stove off and add some chopped coriander serve and enjoy it! This is a quick, easy satisfying meal for a winter lunch or dinner. I buy egg noodles at the Asian shop they come in clusters I use 1 or 2 clusters for 1 person. Chorizo is the Spanish version of the English sausage.

And I will try a few vegan dishes which I know will have you all wanting for more! so until next time with a new vegan dish.
